Will She or Will She Not Blog?

I am totally clueless as to the process necessary in making an attractive blog. I have attempted a very simple start. This is going to be quite a challenge.

Last night, I completed a LO I had wanted to do after I found this photo of myself. Where did this gal go? I love red, love the PP, and put it all together in this LO. I wish you could see the detail on the little red wing. It is sooo sweet.
