Today is Team B's day to reveal their cards for the new challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog?. If you haven't visited the Challenge Blog, I'll let you know that the theme is to use a number on your card. This can be a bit challenging for some. I know that things, sometimes, just don't seem to fit! However, think of a reason for your card that includes a number. Here is my card:
The minute I saw Under Construction Tilda, I knew just what I wanted to do! I knew I had to use a road construction theme! I was hoping that it would be suitable for a gentleman, too. I went through my papers and found some fun designs. Then, I remembered that I had measuring tape ribbon, too. For some reason, I'm really into yellow and pink this Spring. Out came the yellow and black flowers, LOL. While I was waiting to go to sleep, the idea for the red light popped into my head. All three circles are cut from glittered card stock. An orange and white party straw was the perfect pole! I also added the traffic cone from the Construction Worker Tools. The image has been painted with Distress Inks. They are not as bold as my usual coloring. Tilda's pants are green. Her shirt is green and pale blue. Maybe I should have added more red to the oranges. Here is a photo of Tilda up close:
Now, here are the interior images:
I wanted the interior to be bright and clean looking. What do you think?
Thank you for stopping by.
By leaving a comment, you may win a special gift from Diana at Magnolia-licious! If you don't join in, you just can't win! LOL
I hope you will return again very soon!
XO,
Chris
